Job Function & KPIs
Job Functions:
- Serve as client’s primary point of contact with the agency
- Write copy for client websites
- Review content strategy prior to presenting to client
- Onboard new clients into our agency
- Present content strategy to client in live kickoff call
- Conduct quarterly strategy calls with clients to improve their websites + KPIs
Performance Will Be Measured By:
- Client communication speed, frequency, & quality
- Client retention & ascension
- Copywriting quality
Required Skills & Experience
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in digital direct response copywriting
- 4+ years of experience in brand strategy or design
- Deep knowledge of Copywriting, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing
- Deep knowledge of User Experience / User Journeys
- 2+ years in sales or account management
Helpful, but not required:
- Slight knowledge of web development
- Slight knowledge of design
Compensation Structure
$5000-$7000 per month
Other Details
- Must be a native or bilingual English speaker
- Must be willing to work full time solely during US business hours
