Website Launch Approval Form

In an effort to streamline our workflow and keep everyone on the same page, we require approval of the developed website before moving into the launch phase.

By signing this document, you are approving the developed website is confirmed to go live and that you have reviewed the pages of the developed website thoroughly. This means that any changes to the developed page templates, page count, and functionality of the website will need to be requested post launch through our support department. Any changes that require more than the 2 free support trial hours will require a scope addition.

Any post launch bugs, errors to the original design and/or functionality, changing out text, images, and other content is still included in the complementary one month support plan trial and will not incur additional charges.

After this document is signed, the pre-launch and launch phase will commence.
