In an effort to streamline our workflow and keep everyone on the same page, we require approval of the designed website before moving into the development phase.

By signing this document, you are approving the design for this website. This means that any changes to the layout, colors, or design of the website will require a scope addition. Additionally, by signing this document you are agreeing that you have reviewed the pages of the design thoroughly.

Changing out text, images, and other content is still included and will not incur additional charges.

After this document is signed, the development phase will commence.
